Our Contract

These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Brigade Clothing LTD to the customer (you).

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (via our website as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us when the goods are dispatched to the customer, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.

The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Prices

As this site is specifically for discounted uniform, prices may fluctuate often and without prior warning.

Discounts given online may only apply to orders placed online. Any discounts and/or special offers offered online in conjunction with each other will result in the larger discount being applied to the item and/or order value. Discounts and/or special offers running in conjunction with each other will not be added together.

Sizes

All sizes are approximate ‘to fit’ sizes and are given as a general guideline only.

Colours

As the nature of this site is solely for the sale of overstocked and/or end of line items, orders placed for the same colour may vary due to shade variations/updates. We will endeavour to delivery quantities of more than 1 of the same colour, for the same item, in all of the same shade, however cannot guarantee this.

Deliveries

Claims for damage in transit or shortages shall be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Delivery dates specified in the Company literature, website and any other medium are estimates only.

Our delivery lead-time of up to 7 days relates to discounted items only (items found here). Other items may follow at a later date. You will however only ever pay one delivery fee for your order.

The Company shall not be liable for failure to deliver by such date or for any damage or loss arising directly out of any delay in delivery.

Upon the despatch of your order, you will be emailed by our courier. Please liaise with the courier directly if you need to change your delivery date.

Couriers will attempt delivery on 3 occasions, if delivery is not successful the parcel will then be returned to ourselves. Once the parcel has been returned back to our warehouse, one of our accounts team will contact you to take payment for re-delivery of your parcel.

Returns

Brigade cannot offer an exchange service.

Please click here to process your return. Failure to correctly process your return via this process will result in your refund being delayed.

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days from receipt of returned items and can only be refunded to the original billing card/name used

We do not offer an exchange service, therefore replacement orders will need to be placed via the website

Manual replacement orders/requests for exchange will not be accepted with returned garments

Brigade will not be held liable for any items that go missing during return transit, therefore please retain your proof of postage

When sending via a courier, please do not choose any option which states anything similar to "deliver to nearest pick up point" as we will be unable to collect it and the return will remain unprocessed

Returns sent with insufficient postage will result in the additional charge to Brigade being deducted from your refund

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging (if applicable) and in a resalable condition (unless faulty etc)

We reserve the right to make a handling charge for exchange or return of goods which have been correctly supplied. All faulty goods must be notified within 7 days from receipt of order.

Overdue Accounts (Accounts with Credit Terms only)

Payment is due within 30 days from receipt of invoice for credit accounts. If payment is delayed the company reserve the right to charge interest on money outstanding. The rate will be 2% per month or part month.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Brigade Clothing Ltd. until full payment has been received.
